Dr. Muhoja is a Member of the Board. She is also the Country Program Director with Rural Development Inter Institute - Landesa in Tanzania. She holds a Doctorate degree in International Human Rights Law from the University of Edinburgh, having previously qualified with a Masters degree in Law (LLM) from Georgetown University Law Centre, Washington DC and a Bachelors Degree in Law (LLB) from the University of Dar es Salaam. She is engaged as a Consultant on children and women's rights, gender and development. She is also a Lecturer at the University of Dar es Salaam
