Prof. Kabudi is the current Minister for Legal and Constitutional Affairs in the Government of the Republic of Tanzania. He is a Member of the Board and a Senior Lecturer at the University of Dar-es-Salaam, United Republic of Tanzania. Prof. Kabudi is also a member of the Board of the Lawyers' Environment Action Team (LEAT) and the Human Rights and Legal Resource Centre- two leading partner NGOs in Tanzania. He therefore brings with him immense experience in NGO management.
