Assessing Public Expenditure Governance in Uganda's Road Sector: Application of an Innovative Framework and Findings from the Sector

    The paper used an Indicator Approach to measure public expenditure governance. It focuses on ten indicators selected for their connection and relevance in promoting the mutually reinforcing principles of governance including participation, coordination, strategic vision, transparency, accountability, control of corruption, responsiveness, effectiveness and efficiency, and equity.
