Mr. John Okira

OkiraMr. Okiira is a Research Officer. He is an Economist with a master’s degree in Social Protection from the University of Mauritius; John holds a Bachelors of Arts degree in Economics from Makerere University. He formerly handled research and analysis assignments with Policy Analysis and Developmental Research institute (PADRI), Uganda National Council of Science Technology (UNCST) and African Institute for Strategic Research, Governance and Development (AISRGD).
